Shipping Policy
Eclante offers free standard shipping on all orders. This applies only for shipments to Continental USA.
Please allow 2-3 days for order processing before shipping.
All Eclante orders ship through Standard UPS Ground, and shipping times range from 3-10 business days depending on delivery location.
Tracking Information:
You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment details to update.

If your order does not arrive within the specified shipping window please contact UPS for assistance.
Delivery Issues:
Once a package ships from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an unexpected situation happens where your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877. Due to privacy concerns Eclante cannot reach out to UPS on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery for a refund
